Presentation Title Using Designto develop better products & services
Synopsis NCAD is eager to work with a range of companies in a wide variety of sectors. This presentation of partnership case studies will illustrate how NCADuses design to help SME’s develop better products and services. Clients come to NCAD because they need design expertise to address specific issues within their business.  Many need to develop working prototypes.  Some need branding and packaging specialists.  Others need exceptional presentation materials to better explain their services to customers and sometimes potential investors.  The design process is collaborative. NCAD clients have the opportunity to work closely with our design teams.  The design process is iterative. NCAD allows time to engage with clients to create the most appropriate design solution.  NCAD partnership projects are generally short. Many are funded by Enterprise Ireland through the innovation voucher scheme. This portfolioof partnerships is enormously beneficial to NCAD in terms of teaching and learning value.
