  • Roy is an highly experienced senior executive within the energy industry in Ireland. He is currently Head of Operations & Customer Services at SSE/Airtricity and the Director of New Dawn a SSE Retail Continuous Improvement retail wide program. With responsibility for the supply business excluding, Marketing and Sales in Ireland. As Director of New Dawn, he leads a large program team of managers/specialists in the transformation restructuring and redesign of the SSE Retail business primarily using Lean Six Sigma, by defining, measuring, analysing improving, controlling and refocusing on business outputs, customer experience and costs across the retail group both regulated and non-regulated within the primary areas of Customer Experience, Metering, Marketing, Home Services and Procurement, using customer experience coupled with Six SIgma Lean as primary tools. Formally Operations Manager and Group Credit Manager. As Group Credit Manager Roy won a number of National awards as being a leader in the field of Credit Management, Credit Control and Accounts Receivable.
