Clodagh O’Reilly-Chief Executive, Recreate Ireland

  • Clodagh, brings over ten years of management experience in the charity sector to her position as Chief Executive of ReCreate. Clodagh has a strong background in health, community development, and international development organisations. She has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the challenges facing local communities in accessing resources that lead to a full and meaningful education experience.

    Prior to working in the charity sector, Clodagh held finance positions in the telecommunications and retail sectors. She holds an accounting qualification and is currently undertaking an Executive MBA at Trinity Business School, Trinity College, Dublin.

     

    ReCreate is a new social enterprise that is looking to drastically reduce its members annual spend on arts materials and educational supplies while encouraging creative play and care for the environment. End of Line, clean, unwanted and surplus materials are collected from businesses, then sorted and displayed at its Warehouse of Wonders in Ballymount Drive, Walkinstown, and Dublin 12. Members then have free and unlimited access to the materials for all kinds of creative and inventive purposes, the concept is known as Creative Reuse. ReCreate also has an extensive workshop programme teaching the processes and techniques involved in creative play and innovation as well as comprehensive Team Building and Corporate Training programmes.
