Eamonn is Operations Manager at Lily O’Brien’s Chocolates, where with the help of a very experienced Operations team, he is improving results by harnessing the capability of People. His focus is to simplify work, achieve Organisational Excellence in all processes and deliver continuously improving value for both customers and shareholders.
Before joining Lily’s, Eamonn worked with Multinationals P&G and Gillette in Medical device manufacturing, working in various disciplines, including Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations.
