Bio:
Trained as a Mechanical Engineer I have been lucky to work in both Manufacturing and the Service industry, across several sectors including Medical device, aviation and now sterilization. I currently work as Continuous Improvement manager support STERIS’s Lean Program in Ireland, Italy and the UK. Learning the Lean and continuous improvement methodologies through, hands on activity and classroom environment, in my experience Lean has all the tools for success and is important along all parts of the supply chain.
