Synopsis:
TIM WOODS is the acronym for the 8 wastes of lean. DevOps is a portmanteau of Development and Operations. It describes a shift in software development processes to adopt lean techniques and practices including continuous integration and deployment. This talk will highlight how the software industry is learning from lean manufacturing.
