Tom Gilligan is currently a Director of Services with Mayo County Council. His role involves responsibility for Housing, Roads, Services Development, Procurement and Efficiency within the local authority. Prior to joining Mayo County Council, Tom worked with Limerick City and County Council as its Head of Finance.
