With years of experience working with plants across Asia, EMEA and the Americas I offer a unique perspective on how IT can be used to deliver real business benefits to Manufacturing and Supply Chain in general.
With a strong business background, including being part of the senior leadership of a greenfield start-up to a multi-billion dollar business, I have a proven track record in developing IT strategies which are business focused, practical and efficient.
Having worked for many years in the Medical Device sector, I have very strong regulatory experience and numerous FDA and other audits behind me. I am also very experienced in a range of Manufacturing methodology from fully automated, PLC driven plants to manual assembly.
My key expertise I feel are in OEE, MES, Lean, Compliance, CMMS and Manufacturing IT in general.
